Lydia joined ACT Research in June 2021 and has built expertise across electrification, autonomous vehicle technologies, and the regulations shaping the commercial vehicle industry. As ACT’s regulatory expert, she analyzes how policy developments affect vehicle markets and technology adoption. Her research responsibilities are expanding to include trailer and broader commercial vehicle coverage.
Lydia has spoken at ACT Expo and other industry events and is frequently interviewed and quoted by the media for her insights on industry trends and regulatory developments.
She holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.S. in Global Affairs, with a concentration in energy and environmental policy, from New York University. Her graduate research explored energy policy and battery arbitrage opportunities in Midwestern electricity markets. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.
