 After earning an MBA at Indiana University, Joyce worked in the marketing area for several companies, including what was then known as Arvin. She also consulted in marketing and co-owned a business dealing with time management and goal setting.
She joined ACT Research in 1998 as business manager, handling invoicing, customer service, and office management. Joyce also contributes to the Global Commercial Vehicle Forecast, writing the macroeconomic background on Mexico. She is the principal business contact for ACT Research.
 Joyce is also an avid gardener. Here's some proof - a beautiful yellow rose from her home garden.
