 Ken has been associated with transportation since the mid-60s. ACT Research was founded by Vieth in 1986 shortly after he retired from Cummins, Inc., where he worked for 22 years.
While at Cummins, Vieth worked in more than 30 countries, plus lived in Beirut, Lebanon. His last position at Cummins was Director, N.A. Market Research & Analysis. Vieth earned his MBA from Indiana University in international business and economics following a B.S. degree from Southern Illinois University. He served 3 years in the U.S. Army, with Japan and Korea part of the agenda.
