Seminar Fee: The
seminar is held for the benefit of subscribers to the OUTLOOK. Other companies may attend one seminar without being an OUTLOOK subscriber. Cost of the seminar is $575 for subscribers and $695 for
non-subscribers. This includes meals and refreshments during the seminar.
For non-subscribers, $500 from one seminar fee per company may be applied to a
new 2012 subscription to the OUTLOOK.
Seminar payment is due no later than March 12, 2012, or must accompany
registration if registration is made later than that date.
Publicity: Participants
are not allowed to distribute seminar materials beyond their own companies.
Publication in any form of the materials and/or the comments of speakers or
